  • MORE THAN JUST RECEPTION. Excellent opportunity to join a hugely successful hedge fund located in the West End. Based FoH the role will combine typical reception duties but will also involve extensive admin/assistant support to the wider office. 5 days in the office, hours pm.
  • Along with providing a first class welcoming experience, you will also assist the team in the Facilities department with adhoc and recurring duties, provide support to UK staff to include travel booking, diary management across multiple time zones, printing documentation, and processing internal expense reports as required.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the business on an adhoc basis to HR, Legal, Compliance and Investor Relations e.g. short term business visitor support, printing and binding of materials.
  • Assisting with events, handle courier requests/bookings.
  • Order stationary and general office supplies.
  • Ensure accounts are up to date with reception orders such as florists, newsagents etc. Process invoices through inhouse corporate reporting system.
  • Personality is key. confident, personable, sunny with lots of common sense upbeat and enthusiastic. A genuine team player who is happy to help.
