    Head of HR | Leading Logistics Business | Salary c£65,000 Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnered with a leading Logistics Business on their search for a Head of HR.

    The Head of HR will lead the team of HRBP's and be responsible for delivering the people strategy.

    Key responsibilities as Head of HR:
    Overseeing appraisal and employee development systems which align with the company culture, business strategy and commitments.
    Developing and managing the HR budget feeding into the company budget.
    Manage, develop and maintain company HR policies ensuring consistent application across the business.

    Ensuring that the company complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation (including legislation on the Equality Act and health and safety).

    Driving a continuous improvement agenda to strengthening employee performance, employee relations, organisational culture, engagement & welfare.

    Leading on the HR department systems and processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, meet good practice standards and legal requirements.

    Championing and executing an open culture of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) throughout the company which reflects company values
    Experienced HR Manager / Business Partner with the knowledge and experience to take ownership of all HR and payroll systems and processes and an in depth knowledge of employment law
    This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
