Ottolenghi is an Internationally-known family of restaurants and shops.

We are looking for an experienced Baker for our Central Production Kitchen to elevate our already established, organized and hard working team.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in high-volume production kitchens who wants to work in an exciting company that produces food and products to be proud of.

We have a large selection of products on our viennoiserie section, our recipes are bright, fresh, seasonal, full of flavours and complex.

Key attributes:

A minimum of 2 years experience as viennoiserie baker in a similar environment.
Passionate about the food industry and knowledgeable about food
You must be highly organised & have great attention to detail
Great team player with strong
Calm and efficient in a busy environment

Main Responsibilities:

Preparing a range of products, including all laminated dough, pastry, viennoiserie, tart shells, undertaking all aspects of the process, from weighing to mixing, shaping and baking, to ensure every product is of perfect quality and produced on time to meet daily production requirements.
Effective control of storage, preparation and minimising wastage.
Maintaining a high level of food quality and production.
To ensure that at all times cleanliness, food safety and all other Health and Safety.
