Human Resources Analyst


Location:
Basildon / Hybrid (approx. 2 days onsite per week)


Rate:
£27.34 ph Umbrella Co (inside IR35) - POTENTIALLY NEGOTIABLE


Employment Type:
Contract (Maternity Cover - likely to to end July 2024)


Hours:
Standard 37.5 Hours Per Week


This is a varied role which will give the opportunity to steer our upskilling journey and grow our culture of belonging.

Our client's European financial services arm offers a variety of automotive financial products and services to the client's dealers andcustomers through the client's credit and client's bank brand names.

This position will reports to the HR Manger HRBO & Talent, Company's Credit of Europe.

These products play an important role in supporting vehicle sales. Under the company's brand the company also provides online saving products in the UK and Germany. The organisation is going through a significant period of transition, with upskilling, culturechange and DE&I being key priorities.

Skills Required:


  • This role presents an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of the company's HR team, contributing expertise, insights and ideas, working closely with colleagues across the business and supporting the delivery of key business objectives.
  • Working with stakeholders as a credible and trusted partner, considering issues and requirements, recommending and delivering tailored solutions, engaging suppliers and internal resource.
  • Coordinating and delivering engaging experiences, such as induction and graduate development.
  • Coaching leaders and colleagues to deliver against the 2023 company's DE&I focus areas, creating shared ownership, engaged leadership and advocacy.
  • Enthusiastically supporting the progress of our DE&I Advisory Board, working with the cochairs to ensure the Board operates with clear purpose and drives meaningful action.
  • Promoting DE&I and culture initiatives and outcomes, celebrating successes and ensuring employees are involved in our culture journey.
  • Managing employee sentiment surveys, including communications, analytics and reporting.

This role is based at our Basildon campus and there is onsite parking, café and restaurant facilities and a variety of inviting collaboration spaces.

This is a full-time role.

We are a flexible team and may be able to accommodate adjusted working hours,and a hybrid approach between home and on-site working (within operational requirements).
