Job Title:
Communications & Engagement Lead

Location:
Gaydon (Hybrid working, generally 1 day per week onsite )

Rate:
£34.24 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £26.00 ph PAYE

Employment Type:
Contract (12 month contract (Maternity Cover))

Hours:
Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Des cription:

Delivering communications through both digital and traditional distribution channels such as the intranet, internal and external social media (e.g. Yammer and Linkedin), e-newsletters, webinar, etc. and experience in video production, event activation andprinted communications.


Experience Required:


  • Follow and evolve the strategic direction for how company will engage with our people globally to enact behavioural and cultural change.
  • This will include following and evolving our purpose tone of voice guidelines with our internal communications function to ensure consistent storytelling across the business.

Experience Preferred:


  • Understand who the key stakeholders are and maintain the list and analyse of their level of engagement to produce targeted actions.
  • Produce timely and targeted messages to stakeholder groups following change impact reviews or feedback, as well as estimate effectiveness of communications delivered and take actions to improve.

Additional Information:

This is a 12 month maternity cover position.
