    Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to come and join the Finance Team to help support the busy and exciting Estates Team.

    The main purpose of the Finance Assistant is to be responsible for the day to day management of financial transactions within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, specifically on Accounts Payable for the estates team.

    Also to support the Finance Analyst, Senior Finance Officer and the Estates team to ensure the proper administration and recording of spend and income.

    Full time/Part time position hours per week over 4/5 days)
    Permanent
    As part of the interview process there will be a short exercise using Excel

    We are offering flexible working with a minimum contract of 30 hours (pro rata / maximum 37 hours).This is a challenging and dynamic new post that has been created within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC).

    This position would be ideal for any individual that has a keen interest in finance/accounting or someone who wishes to start or progress their career.
