The Company
Our client is a market leading manufacturing company growth in new markets is the reason they now require a Manufacturing Administrator.
The Role
- Coordinate engineering activities across the company to ensure timely and accurate engineering changes.
- Assist with the manufacturing setup, supporting the master data and parts setup and approval.
- Create, maintain and communicate accurate change management data.
- Input change data into multiple engineering systems.
- Directly communicate, input data and maintain data to ensure accurate and timely changes.
- Create change requirements and product structure based on analysis of various data inputs.
- Coordinate / monitor the daily change process.
- Attend team meetings to help identify and resolve process issues.
- Clearly communicate the requirements to multiple departments for how to implement changes to the product.
The Person
- Previous administration experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Manufacturing or engineering environment experience preferred.
- Intermediate skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral.
- Communication skills.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
