Your role as Surveyor with Croudace.

As a surveyor you will manage the financial administration of the procurement and payment of subcontractors and other similar bodies operating on Company developments, ensuring the Company achieves value for money and provide regular updates on the financial performance of each site.

About you

General construction or surveying degree.
Approximately 3 years+ relevant work experience.
Excellent IT skills (good working knowledge of MS excel and spreadsheets)
Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial administration.
Analytical mind and methodical approach.
