    Motor Vehicle Technician / MechanicLocation: Watford, WD19 4BY

    Base Salary:
    £35,500 – £46,000 (Depending on Qualifications, Skills and Brand Experience) + Bonus + BenefitsFull Time PermanentExciting New Pay Plans for TechniciansOur client has introduced fresh pay plans for Vehicle Technicians, featuring uncapped OTEs and increased base salaries based on your qualifications.

    Your basic salary grows as you gain more expertiseRole Overview:
    Seeking dedicated Service Technicians of all levels to expertly repair and service vehicles, ensuring top-notch quality. You'll collaborate with a team to boost customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive work assignments and perform checks, admin, and safety tasks.
    • Evaluate tool needs and communicate concerns.
    • Service and repair vehicles.
    • Report additional repair needs.
    • Provide reports for authorization.
    • Complete administrative procedures.
    • Maintain a safe work environment.
    • Conduct road tests if needed.
    • Assist in training other technicians.
    • Attend meetings and training programs.

    RequirementsAs a Service Technician, you should ideally have:

    • Any level technician certification.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent customer service abilities.
    • Organisational and time management skills.
