Payroll Administration full office based in Tolworth.
£13 per hour / Part-time - Starting 21
st September 2023 until end of Dec**This role is a fully based role in Tolworth, located 5 minutes from Tolworth Train station and in brand beautiful new headquarters. There are numerous buses too and FREE parking The fabulous offices have a subsidised restaurant, games area and chill out zone.
The hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm
You will be dealing with employee enquiries and answer the hotline You will deal with all Payroll Administration enquiries.
Key responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
- Payroll Administration
- Excel reporting
- Payroll experience ideally but not compulsory
- Demonstrable ability to work independently.
- Administrative skills
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to show initiative, multitask, problem solve and meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively and confidentially across teams and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- A flexible, handson approach to work and a strong team player.
