Collins Property Recruitment have been solely instructed by a extremely ambitious and fast-growing property investment, lettings, and management company, to recruit a new Head of Lettings.


You'll be reporting directly to the CEOs and have great responsibility within the organisation in terms of strategy, vision, leadership, revenue growth, structure and company performance.

The role is remote, but frequent travel across North West England, West Midlands and East Midlands is required, therefore the right person will need to live in one of these three counties.


Our client owns a substantial residential property portfolio and have funds available to invest, and a target of doubling the number of properties owned and under management within the next 12-18 months.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

  • Lettings:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lettings strategy that drives revenue growth and maximizes occupancy rates.
  • Manage and lead the lettings team, providing guidance, support, and training, as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including universities, accommodation offices, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up to date on industry trends and make datadriven decisions.
  • Use market data to ascertain current and expected future rent levels throughout all cities covered.

Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on lettings performance to senior management to include marketing analytics, enquiry levels, conversion rates, rent level performance against forecast, etc.
  • Produce a comprehensive lettings report for stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Be responsible for Net Promoter Score results within Lettings, Move In, Move Out and other areas directly linked to the Lettings team.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a lettings management role, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in partnership management and business development.
  • Indepth knowledge of the student lettings market and relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Full driving license.
