- Oversee 2000+ hours of care weekly, ensuring top-tier service standards.
- Directly manage a team, including 2 Care Coordinators + 2 Assessment and Review Officers.
- Foster relationships with health and social professionals, clients, local authorities, and customers, identifying new business opportunities.
- Uphold CQC regulations and company policies consistently.
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare/Domiciliary Care.
- Experience overseeing 1000+ hours of care weekly.
- RMA or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Strong leadership, communication, and care delivery skills.
- A UK driving licence.
- Competitive £40K - £45K basic salary.
