Job Description:


You Will:

  • Support customers through various channels such as the contact center, live chat, and service tickets
  • Assist in the distribution of customer data into the marketplace
  • Share product knowledge and information with customers to achieve business results
  • Obtain and share feedback with developers so products and services can be improved
  • Provide internal operational support to colleagues in the Product division, Sales division, etc.
  • Assist in the resolution of major system incidents and communicate system statuses to customers
  • Assist divisional and corporate projects by preparing for product enhancements and database cleanups
  • Learn and expand your knowledge of new products and services as they are introduced
  • Prior work experience in areas of sales, customer service, airline, or the travel industry
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
  • Customer focused and service oriented, with the ability to multitask
  • Willing and able to work flexible schedule, including weekend oncall, and some holidays
  • Basic understanding of how ATPCO products are used by the travel industry is a plus
