£25,742 to £29,605 per annum (A revised salary range for this grade of £27,979 to £32,332 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024)
College of Science and Engineering / School of Engineering
Contract type:
One post is full-time (35 hours per week) and the other is part time (21 hours per week)
Open-ended (permanent)

The Opportunity:
Working as part of a busy School HR Team, you will provide a comprehensive range of HR administrative support for staff in the School.
You will have excellent organisational skills, and written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and IT skills, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels are also essential.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Educated to Standard Grade or other equivalent qualification and relevant experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast paced, customer facing office/ higher education environment.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and practice and UKVI regulations.
- Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
