Description
Reed Education's London Secondary Hub are growing and we're looking for a new consultant to join the team.


Our team launched in September 2021 and have been growing since so we're ready to develop the service we offer our schools by adding a new consultant to work on Permanent education vacancies.


What does it involve?

  • Business development & Account Management
Through networking and visiting with senior leadership in our schools, you'll have access to our existing and PSL client base as well as be expected to generate new relationships
Using tools like , you'll need to sourcing teachers, support staff and administrative specialists for your open vacancies

  • Interview Preparation
You'll be working with applicants to prepare for interviews, managing employment offers and supporting with onboarding into new posts

About You
There's no doubt about it that recruitment can be tough at times so you'll need to be a tenacious, hard working individual with a great sense of humour - a must in recruitment

  • Experience delivering recruitment campaigns & managing vacancies
  • Organised, methodical and process driven
  • Driven to meet & exceed targets and seek proactive solutions to problems & challenges
  • Confident speaking to and meeting with Senior Leadership contacts and negotiating & influencing decision making
