Customer Service Admin - Worminghall, United Kingdom - Linklife Ltd

Linklife is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin in Worminghall. We are looking for someone who is professional confident and friendly.Hours worked can be flexible around 9am
- 1pm but need to be Monday Friday.
Key Duties:
- Answering calls from internal and external customers
- General customer order enquiries and returns
- Using our inhouse systems to record information
- Processing orders on the business systems within the agreed timescales
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Dealing with delivery issues and liaising with our nominated couriers
- Complaint handling
- Other duties include general administration, filing, and supporting other departments as required.
Person Specification:
- Office based background
- Strong admin experaince
- Have a full UK Driving license and access to a car due to location
