Main duties of the job:


As the key point of contact for the parking team, your role will be to oversee the administration of the service, monitoring responses, assisting in times of peak workload and with escalation of more complex queries.

You will also be required to travel across the sites, monitoring the safety and services provided by our team and contract partners and resolving issues as they arise.


You will deal with queries and process permit requests, parking exemptions and penalty charge notices; following processes to ensure appropriate and fair decision-making regarding parking access and charges.


You will need to be customer service focussed, communicating in a polite and friendly manner, and demonstrating tact and diplomacy when discussing the needs of the service user.

You will be able to prioritise tasks and manage the workload of yourself and your team accordingly.

  • A level, NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Junior Management/Supervisory role
  • Budget monitoring
  • Experience in the recruitment and selection process
  • Presenting & creating reports
  • Experience & understanding of Sickness & Absence and Performance & Conduct policies
