The Communications Team operates in a very busy working environment, serving a wide range of audiences including staff, patients, local and national media and key stakeholders,

The department plays a key role in managing and enhancing the reputation of the organisation.

It leads on proactive and reactive media management; communications with staff and external stakeholders; communications via the trust website; corporate publications; VIP visits; filming; social media; patient and public reviews; and communications around major incidents and times of overwhelming media interest.

The Digital Communications Officer will support the management of our digital and social channels.

They will be creative and passionate about producing high-quality written and visual content and have the ability to convey a wide variety of messages to a number of audiences.
