  • INT2301The University of Worcester has been growing its international numbers and they now make up more than 15% of total students. This role is an important appointment to lead on the creation of new processes, dashboards and reports to improve CRM effectiveness so that the flow of applicants is streamlined to improve quantity, quality and diversity in the international student body.


The post further requires proven ability to work effectively in a diverse team in both leadership and team member roles.

You will have experience of project management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate with people from different cultures.


The post holder will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team responsible for recruitment of International and EU students.


In addition to marketing and recruitment activities, this role will require an active input in to helping create a culture of international engagement and understanding across the university and to support dynamic change in international recruitment.

Please note that International and UK travel is a requirement.
