Requirements:
- Must have experience in a customer service environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass Edinburgh drug screening.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries at the office and on the phone.
- Answer all incoming calls and provide appropriate information to customers.
- Follow up with all customers who have left feedback regarding our services.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods tools.
Salary:
£20,591.00-£21,605.00 per year
