Requirements:


  • Must have experience in a customer service environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to pass Edinburgh drug screening.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries at the office and on the phone.
  • Answer all incoming calls and provide appropriate information to customers.
  • Follow up with all customers who have left feedback regarding our services.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods tools.

Salary:
£20,591.00-£21,605.00 per year
