What you'll be doing

As a diligent team member, your responsibilities will include receiving, meticulously processing, and promptly reporting publisher orders and unsold claims with absolute accuracy.

This ensures seamless transactions and enhances customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining precise and up-to-date product and customer information in the Orion system. This guarantees that all relevant data is readily accessible and contributes to efficient order management.

In addition, should there be any supply discrepancies, your expertise will be essential in addressing them.

This involves assessing the situation and taking appropriate action through the Solar/manual process for international cases, or implementing the necessary steps if the discrepancies have not been logged in the system.

By doing so, you will contribute to a seamless supply chain and maintain streamlined operations.

  • Good planning and organisational skills/prioritising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Problem Solving

  • Takes responsibility for identifying and seeking solutions to any problems
  • To assist in projects as directed by line management to agreed timescales, cost, and quality
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Office 365 service administration
  • Experience with Sophos Antivirus or equivalent
  • You will also have proven analytical and problemsolving abilities and a track record of continuous service improvement.

The expected range for this role is £24,000 - £28,000

This is an hybrid role from our Cardiff Office, working 3 days from the office, two from home
