JCA | London Fashion Academy is a premium higher education provider with its campuses based in Mayfair and Boston Manor.

You'll play a key support role in our ongoing course pages, helping to edit text for our course pages and provide administrative support, including weekly social media planning meetings.

Positioned as an industry leader in the field of fashion education it follows and positively reacts to the developing higher education landscape in the UK and the Ministers call for 'new and innovative providers opening high quality higher education'.

The Academy offers both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

There are two routes available to prospective students: 1) professional practice through incubation at the JCA Mayfair campus, and 2) traditional University experience through internship at the University partners' campus in Ealing.

Duties and Responsibilities

Following the social media strategy and implementation.
Planning of JCA's social media calendar
Managing FB and IG ads to promote company events & activities.
Content production and coordination: Tasks may include supporting case study capturing (interviews/photo shoots/films; liaising with internal stakeholders for content contributions; providing copywriting and design support as required; working with external suppliers to ensure key delivery deadlines are met; proofreading and marking up proofs.
Create and publish content for multiplatform publications, including the JCA website, social media channels, external referral sites and print materials, and artwork items provided by external graphic designers.
Conduct contentrelated research as required.
Create, update and maintain content across external referral sites, ensuring that all information about JCA and its courses is accurate, timely and engaging.
Constantly innovate in the areas of content marketing and online content production to ensure that our users receive a usercentric, sectorleading experience.
To evaluate social media channels and provide biweekly reports.
Drive social media channel engagement, particularly, IG, Tiktok, Twitter and Linkedin.
Provide logístical and administrative support for events taking place at JCA. Tasks include taking photos and filming with students and staff, conducting current student/alumni interviews, maintaining content repositories.
On an adhoc basis, provide administrative and project support to the wider Marketing team. This may include producing campaign content, attending events, proofreading copy or maintaining contact databases.
