The Academy seeks to support the best and most gifted designer to fulfil their ambitions and fundamental to its DNA is the focused interest in supporting learners to transition from higher education into entrepreneurship and employment.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for creation of all marketing material for digital and print. These include print ads, flyers, posters, postcards, prospectus, and other marketing materials.
  • Liaising with printers, photographers and copywriters for your projects.
  • Collaborative projects with the marketing team for social content creation
  • You will also assist in photography/videography shoots and help shape inhouse design briefs.
  • Keeping our brand guidelines and briefs up to date.
  • Maintaining and updating our website on Webflow. This will include refreshing written and visual content on our website, updating our press and event pages.
  • Maintaining a bank of images that are optimised for web and press usage.
  • Designing event invites, and cards
  • Setting up events on Eventbrite and managing the visual aspects on account.
  • Editing videos and YT shorts inhouse.
  • Looking after our Youtube account and developing relevant content alongside the marketing team to push out on our channels monthly.
  • Creating presentations for Open Days and Events alongside the academic staff
  • Excellent fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A degree in graphic design, web design or equivalent qualifications and/or experience in the field will be considered.
  • Full proficiency in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Excellent presentation and visualisation skills
  • Great eye for design, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working on the website backend.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
