Internal Sales Representative

Due to continued business expansion the opportunity to work with a large independent distributor in the aesthetics field has arisen; if you are target driven and are accountable for identification of new and existing customers and maintaining thoserelationships, we would like to hear from you.

You will be working with well-known aesthetics brands such as Ellanse, Juverderm along with additional pharmaceutical products.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for answering inbound calls, dealing with queries, meeting the customer's needs.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers, keeping their orders up to date, in line with our current processes and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain all customer relationships ensuring you deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and generate timely activity reports, metrics and KPI's as requested.
  • Agree pricing for your customer.
  • Review all customer opportunities are updated on a regular basis.
  • Provide feedback on products pricing and missed opportunities daily.
  • Handle complaints in a professional manner, understanding the customer's needs.

Additional requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication required.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understand and undertake any reasonable tasks as requested of your line manager.
  • Experience in the aesthetics industry or previous sales experience preferred.
