Description

Hotel Colessio is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Day Porter. Previous experience preferred but not essential. Escorting guests to bedrooms with luggage, serving guests in lounge and assisted conferences where required.

You must have:
- a warm and ready smile
- a genuine interest in people
- excellent attention to details
- superb time keeping skills
- ability to work under pressure
- excellent grooming standards

You will work with customers and guess to serve their needs and provide an excellent customer service experience. You will work within a team. Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.

You will engage in conversation with customers and guests about their stay, day and plans to create a personal touch.
