Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Customer Complaints Officer on a permanent contract in ManchesterAs a Specialist Complaints Officer your role will involve:
- Managing all complaints activity, ensuring the highest possible standard of service is provided to customers.
- Ensuring all complaints, however received, are managed and investigated in accordance with regulatory standards, Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code, policy and procedures, ensuring these are logged accurately, acknowledged and a resolution provided in accordance with, managing workload to ensure that complaints are dealt with within regulatory timeframes/SLAs.
What we're looking for:
- Great customer service skills, showing empathy, adaptability and effective listening skills.
- Experience in managing a caseload of customer complaints and of working with complaints processes and procedures.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of a business effectively.
- Very welldeveloped IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 36
- Able to multitask, and respond to change and priorities.
You must have extensive Complaints experience
