- Execute all bar activities under the guidance of the F&B Operations Manager, including service, cost control, and expanding the whisky collection.
- Develop creative ideas that drive revenue and deliver the ultimate guest experience, reflecting the venue's Scottish spirit.
- Coordinate with brand ambassadors and suppliers to enhance partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to elevate quality standards in beverage setup, presentation, and atmosphere.
- Maintain ownership of the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service at all times.

We are partnering with an outstanding hotel venue based in the Scottish Borders that requires a Whisky Specialist to curate an unforgettable experience for their guests.
What you will get in your new roleThe ideal candidate will have over 2 years of proven management experience in a high-quality bar setting, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
They must possess a deep knowledge of whisky and demonstrate a strong passion for further enhancing this expertise.You should be a creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance the bar's offerings and guest experiences.
