Full Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Samples Co-Ordinator for our client who are based in the Malvern area. You will be responsible for providing professional and efficient sample preparation to send out to their customers.
Purpose of the Job
Packing and preparing samples to be sent via courier to internal staff and their customers so that the product arrives in good condition
Control sample stock level
Ensure that the NPD Import Airfreight process is run efficiently

  • Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Samples Manager
Manage the internal and external customer sample requirements
Logging and preparing sample requests
Manage stock levels and arrange for stock replenishment
Manage couriers to arrange and co-ordinate the delivery of samples both within the UK and internationally
Manage air freight samples
Prepare, despatch and log samples for regulatory testing
Raise commercial invoices for samples being exported
Raising purchase orders when required
Arrange invoice authorisation and collate monthly sample figures and report to the NPD and Development Director
Any other duties which may reasonably be required, consistent with the Sample Co-Ordinator duties or daily office management
