Title: Avionics Technician

Location: Nottingham, UK

Contract: Permanent

TARCG presents a great opportunity for a skilled Avionics Technician to perform various maintenance tasks on an aircraft or component within a maintenance environment. You should have a good grasp of technical information and be able to work independently following approved data and instructions.

The Role:

• Work under the B2 Engineer's supervision to carry out maintenance activities on aircraft systems and components, including handling, inspections, repairs, and testing.
• Be adaptable, proactive, and follow instructions diligently.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time and address any issues promptly.

Must Have:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Aircraft Maintenance or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in aircraft base or line maintenance.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Desired but not essential:

• Experience with Garmin Avionics Suites.
• Over 5 years of experience in civilian aircraft maintenance.
• Experience with KingAir and Diamond DA42/62.
• Training in Human Factors.
• Knowledge of ISR Mission Systems and Sensors.
