A Primary school in Barnet are looking for a TA for a child in Year 5 with complicated needs.

The school needs someone who is able to handle emotional/ behavioural needs and is very experienced in working with pupils with ASD.

This is a highly supportive school and could be an amazing opportunity for any graduates who are aspiring Primary Teachers


The ideal teaching assistant will have a passion for working with SEND pupils and demonstrable experience of working with autism.

Experience with communication skills such as PECS and Makaton is highly desirable but not essential.

You will be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO in order to meet the needs of the pupil.


This will be a long-term position as they would ideally like to have someone in place now that could move up with the pupil to Year 6.

  • Full time, (Mon-Fri)
