Customer Service Administrator - Derby, United Kingdom - SF Group
Description
SF Recruitment is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join a key client of ours based in Derby, right near the Pentagon Island.
This will be a 12 month temporary cover while a current employee is on maternity leave. This is working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Office based) and paying up to £11.50 an hour.
Our client is looking for someone to start ideally benginning of April to ensure a full handover and training period can be completed in time.
Main duties will include
- Processing customer orders
- Data Entry
- Day to day admin such as filling, scanning and photocopying
- Ensure customer records are updated accurately.
- Help assist with compliance.
- Providing reports on Excel
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Liaising with suppliers and distribution centres on delivery updates
Skills Required:
- Good organisation skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven track record in proving exceptional customer service
- Good communications skills both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle workload and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work independently but also in a team when required
