Description

SF Recruitment is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join a key client of ours based in Derby, right near the Pentagon Island.

This will be a 12 month temporary cover while a current employee is on maternity leave. This is working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Office based) and paying up to £11.50 an hour.


Our client is looking for someone to start ideally benginning of April to ensure a full handover and training period can be completed in time.


Main duties will include

  • Processing customer orders
  • Data Entry
  • Day to day admin such as filling, scanning and photocopying
  • Ensure customer records are updated accurately.
  • Help assist with compliance.
  • Providing reports on Excel
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with suppliers and distribution centres on delivery updates

Skills Required:


  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proven track record in proving exceptional customer service
  • Good communications skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle workload and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team when required
