Salary:
Up to £20,000 + OTE of £30,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate data regarding customer interactions.
- Follow established policies, procedures and protocols for customer service and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with customers.
- Highly organised and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- A strong problem solver with the ability to think creatively and resolve complex queries.
