Customer Service Assistant

Location:
Altrincham


Monday to Friday

Salary:
Up to £20,000 + OTE of £30,000

We are currently working with a rapidly expanding payment solutions company providing secure, innovative and advanced payment solutions for businesses across the UK.

Our client provides cutting-edge technology to businesses to be able to make same-day payments, ensuring that their transactions are processed instantly.

Their platform is easy to use and offers flexible payment options, making it a preferred choice for businesses of all sizes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Record and maintain accurate data regarding customer interactions.
  • Follow established policies, procedures and protocols for customer service and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with customers.
  • Highly organised and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • A strong problem solver with the ability to think creatively and resolve complex queries.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
