Responsibilities:

Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Present menus to guests, make recommendations, and provide detailed information on our exquisite dishes and beverage options.
Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring specific requests and dietary preferences are noted.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, while maintaining the highest quality of food presentation.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of their menu.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues and provide exceptional service recovery.
