As Events and Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting Revolve Management team and you will ensure highest service standards are always maintained.

You will possess a clear, considerate telephone manner, exceptional organisation skills, IT conversance and marketing experience.

Naturally you will bring with you excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player, working to deliver the best experience for guests as a collective.

Your profile:

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the General Manager, creating concepts and identifying the objectives of the event, setting deadlines
Assist Head Office in organising social and corporate events
Develop and maintain a customer database
Research local competition and keep up to date with all local events
Managing the promotions, communications and branding aspects of the event
Assist in preparing and implementing event budgets, invoicing and logistics
Respond to guest inquiries, note special requests, communicate these with relevant department (kitchen, bar, general manager)
Manage events schedule to maximise yield
Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Preparing weekly/monthly reports
Update Head Office weekly on all bookings and future events
