We are currently seeking a Project Management Team Lead to line manage Infrastructure Project Managers, work on continuous improvements and support best practice for project management capability.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Line Manager Responsibilities for Infrastructure PMs, including developing and mentoring junior members, providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews
  • Review key artefacts from team
  • Senior Stakeholder Management and Communication across Allianz UK and Allianz Technology
  • Escalation support
  • Improve ways of working and efficiency of project management processes within Allianz Technology
  • Provide assessment of Project Management efforts required to support business delivery
  • Run team meetings and ensure proper communications within the team

Skills/Experience Required:


  • PRINCE2 or APMP or other recognized PM qualification.
  • Experience in delivering IT infrastructure projects or streams within a wider programme including some of the following:
  • Linux, Windows server, Oracle, SQL Server, desktop, storage, mainframe, telephony, WAN, LAN.
  • Proven track record of line management and developing team members
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience of Agile delivery methodologies
