Are you a whizz in crafting and leading project and solution design documentation using Agile techniques (Epics and User Stories)?


We are looking for a top-tier Digital Product Owner to join our Transformation team, responsible for the value stream, and the products within that stream.

Each Product has a clear strategy, the Digital Product Owner ensures consistent user experience and delivers functionality keeping the needs of the business and the customer at the heart of what we do.

Collaborating with key partners, customers, end users and colleagues, you will ensure that product requirements are identified, prioritised optimally and essentially used to publish a roadmap that is in line with the corporate, departmental and product strategies


Taking an active role in all aspects of the product delivery lifecycle, you will lead on all functional and non-functional requirements and in combination with your solid grasp of business processes, use these to coordinate the production and documentation of a solution design that satisfies the requirements and adheres to the relevant product and UX strategies.


What you'll be doing:


  • Successfully delivering the product value stream and advising and defining the products strategy and vision.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, defining and maintaining a clear product roadmap for delivery of improvements and business value
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with key collaborators across the business to represent your products and adopt appropriate communication channels.
  • Leading on business analysis/solution design, ensuring functional, nonfunctional, and infosec requirements are identified and used to define and document solution designs.
  • Working closely with the development team to prioritise the backlog and ensuring efficient delivery of user centred components.
  • Staying abreast of Salesforce improvements, industry trends and product developments across other business area
  • Ensuring that backlog prioritisation considers any support critical issues and/or technical debt requirements
  • Handling budgets and project costs that are associated with your product and are assigned to you.

What you'll bring:

Demonstrable experience within a Product Manager/Owner position

  • Proven working knowledge within the delivery of software projects using agile methodologies across internal multifunctional teams.
  • Understanding of sophisticated software products and what is required to deliver them.
  • Experience of delivering products via an enablement layer
  • Awareness of and the ability to work with information security and confidentiality legislation.
  • Knowledge of organisational change from both a technical and project perspective and experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles.

circa £60,000 per annum (Depending upon experience and development needs)
