We are currently working in partnership with one of the top companies in the UK, certainly the York area.

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals with a passion for customer service and support to join their growing Customer Service team in York and work in their Arts and Private Client section.

What you will be doing;

You will be talking to customers over the phone, focusing on sales and answering a variety of enquiries from all walks of life.
Building relationships and connections that inspire, engage and put a smile on both your and your customers' face.
Working towards Targets and KPIs
The heart of our targets is ensuring the customer is looked after, given honest and correct information and their needs are met.

Working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm with the occasional Saturday shift 9am-2pm with a day back in lieu.

Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 days at home.

No previous call centre experience is required all though desirable.
