I'm currently recruiting for a Business Development Lead to join a leading optical provider.
This role is focused on selling eye care services to care homes and becoming the supplier of choice.
This company has a great performance bonus offering as well as many other benefits such as private medical insurance, life insurance, generous pension and many more
Offering a £23,000 basic salary plus earn yourself an average commission of £500 per month (capped at £1,000 monthly) your OTE is approximately £29,000 per annum
Duties:
- Digital networking, outbound calling, following up on leads and managing pipeline.
- Achieve KPIs and targets
- develop and analyse the lead database using Hubspot CRM
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Ideally telesales
- Confident making outbound calls
- Good influence and negotiation skills
- Experience in using Microsoft systems
