REED are pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm, based in
Central Bristol, who are looking for a
Project Executive to join their team.


We're open on backgrounds, preferably from a professional services sector with strong evidence on your CV of projects you have been involved with, what your role was and how you successfully achieved within these.

You don't need to have had a PRINCE 2 qualification.

Hybrid working:

You will have the opportunity to work both collaboratively in the office in Central Bristol, but also from home a few days per week too.


This fantastic opportunity works closely with important stakeholders in the firm, to help the business management legal matters for our clients more effectively, identifies and delivers changes to working practices and utilises technology to improve efficiencyand effectiveness.


Duties:

Provide project management support across a number of client projects
Supporting to scope and understand project/matter requirements
Use project management tools to manage and monitor progress on projects
Understand budgets and support on financial reporting and tracking of matters
Understand the resources available in the firm and identify opportunities to consider different options
Understand different stakeholder needs and how to prioritise and manage these effectively
Support on delivering specific comms outputs to support client and team engagements
Analyse data and deliverables to communicate value to key stakeholders
Understand the financial drivers and metrics of the firm and ensure projects adhere as best as possible
Record time to track capacity and bill for project management time and contributions (as required)
Deliver regular training across the firm
Supporting on the development of new and bespoke LPM tools
Drive engagement of LPM tool implementation across the firm
Effectively report on the use and benefits of the tools across the firm
Work with senior people in the team to generate training content and client materials
Support on relevant operational efficiency projects
Identifying improvement opportunities in how we deliver our work and ensure lessons are captured and shared with the team
Work with business services teams to understand operational best practice for matter management


Requirements:

Professional services background
Project Management or similar experience (CV must display this)
Strong communicator as you'll be working closely with important stakeholders
Strong written skills
Confident presentation skills
Attention to detail
Financial awareness
Good admin skills
Competent IT user and excellent Excel skills - Analysis and reporting
