    English ECT

    St Anns, Nottingham

    £30,000 per day Permanent- September start

    Unique opportunity for an English ECT to undertake their induction in a 'Good' school. Teaching the GCSE English curriculum to KS3 and KS4 students as they approach their exams.

    • At least a bachelor's degree in English Language, Literature, or a related subject.
    • Completed- or completing- a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • Passion for the English field and a commitment to the wellbeing and education of students aged

    The Role As an English ECT, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons that adhere to the national syllabus and monitoring student progress and improvement.

    You will mark and assess student's work and provide in-depth, constructive feedback, alongside high-quality support.

    It is essential in your English ECT role that you partake in activities with the wider school community to create a positive learning environment and build relationships with all students and staff.
