This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful local primary school.

We are looking for a talented & skilled TA to work with 1:1 with a high needs child in their Early Years Class.

You will be helping the childengage in activities, reading with them & managing their behaviour in a group setting & 1:1.

You will need to be a TA who can remain calm in stressful situations and can positively manage challenging behaviour.

You will be expected to de
- escalate any difficultsituations with the children.

This school is extremely warm & welcoming, they have a friendly team of staff who are very supportive towards each other.

They all enjoy promoting the school's mission which is 'craft Love, Excellence & opportunity for all to serve'. This why it is veryimportant to find an excellent TA to support the children with additional needs.

What the School is looking for:
The Head Teacher is looking for a positive, open-minded and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. They would like someone who is passionate about making sure all children have access to an excellent education. If you are Team Teach trained this would be preferred,but not essential.

This is a happy & vibrant busy school despite the large size, belonging & empathy is at the heart of it.

You will need to be someone who is willing to go above & beyond towards the children's learning journey.
