Due to continued growth,
PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an opening for a
Customer Care Advisor to join our Umbrella department at our
Altrincham office.


Choose from a 4 day week (40 hours over 4 days) or hybrid working available following training (2 days at home and 3 days in the office)

No working Bank Holidays or weekends

The Role:


  • Resolving new and existing customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Supporting new customers through the learning curve of being employed through an Umbrella company
  • Nurturing PayStream's existing customer relationships by providing an inspirational level of customer service
  • To ensure compliance processes are followed at all times

The Person:


  • A positive can do attitude, being punctual and reliable
  • Ability and commitment to deliver high levels of customer service
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with difficult conversations
  • Ability to communicate clearly to clients, contractors and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a pressurised customer service environment
  • Ability to manage own time to deal with multiple tasks effectively

Requirements:


  • Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Basic IT skills with the ability to learn and operate relevant computer systems
