Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 Dependent on experience, plus Veolia benefits
Hours:40 hours per week Monday -Friday 9am - 5:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Location:
Flexible - Based in Cambridge, London or Cannock (Other areas and partial work from home is an option)
Duration:
FTC 4 months

The role can be based at either our Cambridge, Londonor Cannock office depending on your location and also has the option for partly home working or another Veolia office.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the purchase order and invoicing processes
- Collecting, tracking and answering all customer queries
- Collecting, organising and storing efficiently all documentation in respect to compliance and security
- Support project manager in report preparation and trackers maintenance
The above are a summary of main duties only, other duties may be required to meet the changing nature of operational activities.
What are we looking for?
- Previous Administrative Experience
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of Veolia System (ELEMOS, WIMS) is a plus
- Reporting & presentation skills
