Salary:

- **£26,250.43 plus Veolia benefits


Hours - **45

Tuesday to Saturday07:00-16:30

Overtime when needed


We are looking for an individual to join our team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Waste Transfer Station by operating the Mobile Plant that handles/loads in and out of the facility.

This position is excellent for an individual looking to enter the waste and recycling world. If you are a team player with front facing customer service experience, we want to hear from you


What will you be doing?

  • Load vehicles safely including following detailed safety Work Instructions and Procedures
  • Maintain a safe and tidy environment
  • Complete Daily Checks on the Mobile Plant, and to clean & maintain this equipment on a daily basis
  • Working at other sites within the South Downs contract area if required
  • Provide Weighbridge cover

What are we looking for?

  • IT skills
  • Training / experience to operate

Mobile Plant:
Teletruck, Loading Shovel, Wheeled Materials Handler - Training will be provided

  • Enthusiastic about being part of a successful team that enjoy making a difference;
  • Able to follow strict safety procedures with a methodical approach.
