Butler Ross are recruiting on behalf of a major organisation for an interim Procurement Policy & Process Manager. Our client is based in Central Birmingham and they offer a very flexible hybrid working scheme.


This role is working in an OJEU regulated environment therefore prior experience with the public contracts regulations (PCR) or the utilities contracts regulations (UCR) is essential.

Experience with construction procurement (ideally major infrastructureprojects) and NEC forms of contract is strongly preferred.

Accountabilities include the development and management of policies, processes and templates to aid governance, implementing reviews processes to highlight non-compliance and delivering process improvementworkshops and policy and process training.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, high performing, procurement team in a modern office environment.

Depending on experience this Procurement Manager role could suit somebody working in a Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, CategoryManager, Sourcing Manager or other similar role.
