The Opportunity

The Role

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Manage our pre onboarding process for new hires
  • Manage our ATS system to enable an efficient recruitment process
  • Coordinating recruitment reports and statistics to support management decisions
  • Support other HR activities such as engagement, induction and team building activities

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience of direct recruitment
  • 2 years experience of managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Experience of using an ATS such as greenhouse
  • Ambition to develop a career within HR
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle and the value of HR
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Performancefocused with a strong drive and motivation to succeed
