Internal Recruiter - 12 month Temp Contract

I am very happy to be supporting a globally recognised brand in their search for an experienced recruiter who can lead in the entire hiring cycle, working independently and within a team with great communication skills and great work ethic.

This is a hybrid role with the option to work from home and in the office with a flexible approach to working hours although standard hours will be 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organisation; leveraging data to drive decisionmaking.
Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating onboarding and start date plans for new employees.
