Our team in Birmingham is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Administrator to support our Automotive and Roadside team on a 12-month contract.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Automotive and Roadside team, including arranging meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and managing calendars and schedules.
- Assist with project management, including coordinating colleagues, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders.
- Assist in reporting financial information.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, responding to enquires and sending information and schedules
- Support the team in creating marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and presentations.
- Organise and maintain electronic files ensuring information is accurate and uptodate.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Perform general office duties such as dictation, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Team Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not essential.
