    Description

    Colliers is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers, and investors on a local, national, and international basis.

    Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research.

    We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.

    The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.

    The UK Finance team includes a diverse and sociable group of individuals who form the functions of Financial and Management Accountants, FP&A, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

    Ensure accurate accounting through the application of department processes and procedures
    Production of reporting and analysis of company performance
    Accounting
    Production of Balance Sheet reconciliations within agreed timetables to ensure SOX compliance
    Assist with quarterly revenue recognition testing (US GAAP)
    Respond to ad hoc queries
    Reporting, Analysis and Business Partnering
    Production of monthly department P&Ls with variance analysis commentary
    Production of statutory financial statements including LLPs and a consolidation entity
    Production of ad hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements
    Recognised accounting qualification (i.e. ACA, ACCA, etc)Team player but also able to work autonomously
    Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
