    Description

    Job Title: Accounting Manager – Xero Software

    Location: London

    Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on Experience)

    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    Our client, based in London, is a top-tier Building Contractor that specializes in Design & Build projects. They offer a complete solution, guiding clients smoothly from pre-planning to project completion.

    The team consists of skilled artisans who work closely with industry experts such as Architects and Engineers to ensure the success of each project.

    Their goal is to provide unparalleled quality within set timelines and financial boundaries.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Management Accounts – Assisting in producing accounts for multiple companies, maintaining fixed asset registers, reconciling balance sheets, and conducting budget analysis
    • Bank Operations - Handling general banking tasks, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts
    • Analysis Reports – Creating weekly cost reports on Excel and aligning them with system data
    • VAT and CIS Knowledge - Familiarity with construction-related VAT and CIS
    • Purchase Ledger – Managing purchase orders, invoices, supplier payments, and subcontractor invoices
    • Payroll Processing – Managing salary payments
    • Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software

    SALARY RANGE

    Maximum of £55,000 based on skills and experience.

    WORKING HOURS

    Full-time permanent position with 40 hours per week commitment.
